Payment Policy
All sessions and digital products must be paid in full at the time of checkout via Stripe or PayPal. For custom landing page development or long-term session protocols, a 50% deposit may be required to secure your booking slot. All transactions are processed securely through AltBeing’s encrypted partners.
Delivery Policy
Live virtual sessions are conducted via altAcademy’s “Go Live” feature (community.alt-being.com). Access details are sent via email immediately upon booking.
Digital Products: Delivery of session protocols or digital assets is immediate via your account dashboard or email link.
Timeliness: Please arrive at your scheduled time. Sessions will begin within a 10-minute window of the start time.
Refund Policy
Due to the immediate nature of digital downloads and energy protocols, these items are non-refundable once accessed.
Services: We follow a Flexible refund policy. A full refund is available if canceled at least 48 hours before the service. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours result in forfeiture of payment.
Physical Goods: Any defective physical items must be reported within 14 days for a return or replacement.
