Born and raised in the UK, I trained as an optometrist here and have spent over 20 years working in London helping people correct their physical vision. I began noticing what lenses couldn’t fix—people struggling with stress, limiting beliefs, and chronic conditions that medicine could only manage, not heal. Their stories stayed with me and led me toward something deeper.
Drawn to energy work since my twenties through Tai Chi and Qi Gong, I eventually trained in Reiki—where I learned to work with the body’s energy, not just its symptoms.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive practice that channels universal life energy to promote relaxation, balance, and natural healing. It helps clear blockages, calm the nervous system, and support the body’s ability to restore itself.
Does Remote Reiki Work?
Yes. Because energy isn’t limited by distance, remote sessions can be just as effective—often more so—allowing clients to relax deeply in their own space.
