Sessions are 20–25 minutes and are $80, paid in advance to confirm your booking.
I keep sessions intentionally focused and limited so I can be fully present with each person.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 12 hours in advance and I’ll gladly offer full credit.

Please be in a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.
You can sit, lie down, or simply relax, whatever feels most natural to you. At the beginning, I’ll ask you to briefly describe any pain or discomfort you’d like me to focus on, including its location and what it feels like.
You’re then welcome to share what’s on your mind or simply be present without speaking. There’s no pressure either way. At times, I may check in briefly to understand what you're noticing in your body or experience. This helps me stay aligned with what you're feeling and adjust the approach as needed.
If there are any technical issues, I’ll make a reasonable effort to reconnect within the session time.
If we’re unable to continue due to connection problems, we can reschedule.

I didn’t come into this through a formal path.
I started by practicing on people through apps who were dealing with moderate to severe pain. I also worked with family members and saw real shifts there too. Sometimes the change wasn’t immediate pain relief, but something softer-like falling asleep during the session and waking up feeling better.
Over time, I began using a mix of the Bengston method along with my own visualizations, which I had already found effective for myself. I don’t follow a rigid system. I pay attention to what’s happening and adjust as I go.
I’ve also noticed that people feel lighter just by talking to me, especially when they’re holding emotional stress. There’s something about being able to say things freely without being interrupted, analyzed, or corrected that seems to help.
Before this, I spent most of my life as an engineer. It was stable, but I never felt connected to the impact of what I was doing. This is different. This feels like service in a way that is direct and real.
I don’t try to define exactly what this is, whether it’s presence, focus, or something else. I just know that when I sit with someone and give it my full attention, something can shift.
This isn’t something I’m doing casually. It comes from a place that feels like a genuine calling.
