The Lone Loba Approach to Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy, in my work, is about access, precision, and profound alignment.

Most people are trying to solve deeper patterns from the level of conscious thought. That’s where overanalysis and stress loops live, but it’s not where those patterns are actually driven from. They sit deeper, in the nervous system and the subconscious. The subconscious is where your automatic responses, beliefs, and learned patterns are stored. It’s what determines how you react under pressure, how you interpret situations, and what you default to when you’re not actively thinking about it.

That’s also where the blocks people feel stuck with tend to live. You can certainly understand something logically, and still feel you’re not able to change it. You can know what you should do, and still not follow through. That gap is not a lack of discipline or motivation! It’s a mismatch between conscious intent and subconscious patterning.

Hypnotherapy is a structured way to reach that layer and flip those switches into alignment.  Within the Lone Loba method, hypnosis quiets surface noise, stabilizes the system, and creates the conditions for that deeper access. From there, we can work directly with the patterns driving behavior, whether that’s stress responses, internal narratives, or ingrained habits.

This is where real change happens. Not by forcing new behaviors on top of old patterns, but by updating the pattern itself so the behavior no longer requires constant effort.

You are aware. You are engaged. You are working with your own system, not stepping away from it. You are aligning, and all I’m doing is helping hold that space to help you hold yourself.

My background as a US Air Force Veteran and former national security professional informs how I approach this work. Clarity and regulation under pressure are not abstract concepts to me. They are trained and lived. That carries through here. This work is grounded, direct, and focused on results. It helps people regulate, access clearer internal signals, and shift what’s actually been holding them in place.

For those operating under sustained pressure, it creates space without disconnecting from reality. It builds the ability to stay steady, think clearly, and move with intention. Decision-capacity increases, but so too does the space to focus on self, family, friends, and those things that build community. Hypnotherapy with Lone Loba aligns the subconscious and opens up the pathway to deeper interaction with self and others. When you find that alignment, you don’t just meet a metric or hit a goal. You transform!
